Katarzyna Chadzynska | Remedial Massage

Nothing feels as good as full-body massage that pampers the body with techniques designed to stimulate circulation and promote relaxation. It is an ideal way to eliminate accumulated stress, improve muscle tone and ease muscle aches.

Before beginning a massage therapy session, I conduct an informal interview with the client to find out about the person’s medical history and desired results from the massage. This gives me a chance to discuss which techniques could be beneficial to the client and which could be harmful.

My massage therapy service helps heal soft tissue injuries, improve physical performance and reduce the symptoms of stress - from general fatigue and aching muscles to pins and needles or migraines.

I will work with clients over time to develop a programme that is tailor-made for their problem or goals. Regular sessions are the key to maintaining these positive results.

Laura Etienne | Neurofeedback, Meditation Coach

Neurofeedback is a state of the art training tool that is used to improve a variety of health issues, as well as being used to improve personal performance. It is one of the vital tools being used by major sports teams and Olympic champions to achieve peak performance.

Through the use of computer technology and electroencephalogram (EEG) it is now possible to monitor and give ‘feedback’ information to the brain about its activities.

Laura has been using neurofeedback technology since 2000. In conjunction with traditional meditation methods Laura can use this cutting edge technology to train you how to effectively and efficiently use and conditionally strengthen your brain.

"I feel privileged to be able to work and train others in achieving peak performance and awakened mind states and to be the first UK practitioner in this amazing work.

I continue to use neurofeedback (Mind Mirror) for my own mental development."

Laura also teaches kettlebell here at Kinesis - have a look at her teacher profile under "Our Instructors".

Helen Jones | Nutrition & Massage Therapy

After leaving her stressful and unhealthy career in the Music Industry looking for a change in direction, Helen gained her ITEC qualification in Holistic Swedish Massage in May 1996. She then spent a lot of time in West Africa and studied a “Natural Approach to Nutrition” correspondence course (catering to people who travel often or work abroad) and went on to qualify as an ITEC Nutrition Advisor at a well-known London college in London, May 2000.

Since qualifying as a masseuse and nutritionist she has worked privately in various complimentary clinics, gyms and also doing on-site treatments in offices, recording studios, film/video shoots, and at events with her various techniques including her Stress-Busting Indian Head Massage.

“The massage that I specialise in is medium to deep pressure – depending on what my client needs – focusing on rejuvenating and invigorating the mind, body and spirit. It is great for de-stressing and relaxing. I use a combination of base oils or beautifully stimulating and soothing aromatherapy blends – again, depending on what my client needs at any particular session.”
